No other building is required like for most other commanders. The guy can teleport and can be brought out of the monolith in the first couple of seconds.
I play ig so I may be a bit biased.ġ)The b****y nec lord. Personally I dont play nec so if any of this isnt correct just tell me. Feel free to comment on what you think (post any more you can think of, or comment on mine). This is what I think the pros and cons are for the necrons.
